This policy explains what Prime Plumbing ("we", "us") collects through primeplumbingb.com, by phone and through our request form, and what we do with it.
Prime Plumbing is a referral service, not a plumbing contractor. Calls and requests are connected to independent, licensed local plumbing companies, which perform all work and provide their own pricing, warranties and licensing.
Information we collect
- Request details you give us: name, phone number, ZIP code, optional email, the plumbing problem, timing and any notes.
- Call information: when you call, the call may be routed through a call-tracking number. Your phone number, the time and length of the call and the page or ad that led to it may be recorded. Calls may be recorded for quality and dispute resolution where the law allows.
- Website data: pages viewed, the referring site, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click IDs), device type and an abbreviated, hashed form of your IP address used to limit abuse.
How we use and share it
We use your information to connect you with plumbing companies, to measure which pages and ads lead to requests, and to prevent spam and abuse.
Sharing with plumbing companies. When you call, your call is connected to an independent plumbing company that serves your area. When you submit the form, your request may be shared with up to three such companies, and with the lead-distribution partners that route requests to them, so that they can contact you about the job.
We also share data with service providers that host the site, deliver requests and provide analytics. We do not sell your information for purposes unrelated to your plumbing request.
Calls and text messages
By submitting the form you agree to be contacted by call or text at the number you provide, including with automated technology, about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to a text to opt out of further texts from that sender; message and data rates may apply.
Cookies and analytics
We store campaign information in your browser for up to 30 days so a request can be linked to the ad or search that led to it. If analytics tags are enabled, they may set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Retention and security
We keep request records for as long as needed to deliver them, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Requests are sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited to people who need it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law. Use the details on the contact page to make a request.
Children
This site is for adults who own or manage a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
