Terms of Use

Prime Plumbing is a referral service, not a plumbing contractor. Calls and requests are connected to independent, licensed local plumbing companies, which perform all work and provide their own pricing, warranties and licensing.

Prime Plumbing does not perform, supervise or guarantee plumbing work. Any agreement for plumbing services is between you and the plumbing company you choose to hire. That company is responsible for its work, pricing, licensing, insurance, permits and warranty.

Calling or submitting a request is free, and you are not obliged to hire anyone. Prime Plumbing may receive a fee from plumbing companies for connecting calls and requests.

• Give accurate information about the problem and how to reach you.
• Confirm the plumbing company's license, price and warranty before work begins.
• Do not use the site to submit false requests or to interfere with its operation.

Guides and service pages are general information for homeowners. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and plumbing codes vary by location. In an emergency involving gas, fire or risk to life, call 911 or your utility first.

Plumbing companies are not available in every area at every time. We do not guarantee that a call or request will be answered by a plumbing company, or how quickly a plumber can arrive.

To the extent the law allows, Prime Plumbing is not liable for the acts, omissions, work quality or charges of any plumbing company, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
